Flavored Drinks Is Flavored Sparkling Water The Same As Soft Drinks/sodas?

Is flavored sparkling water the same as soft drinks/sodas? - flavored drinks

I drink soda water to taste all the time. It is carbonated, but with no sugar, calories, sodium or fat and water. My brother. said it was the same as a drink and you can dehydrate a bladder infection and non-alcoholic beverages and do if you drink too much. Is that true?

No water with gas is not the same as soda water sparkling water sparkling, nothing more, the carbonation is soda, sugar, calories and sodium, additives and artificial flavorings.

I remember my grandmother gave us sparkling water when I was a kid, we had an upset stomach removed to facilitate carbon dioxide in our stomach, where the soda you will feel easy and full of sugar.

If the natural gas, water, or flavored mineral water is the same as drinking water. Soda is loaded with sugar, artificial flavors and colors and usually caffeine.

Said notice flavored mineral water.

Depends on how "taste". If the water is always clear and very good, it has the same effect as a limo.

However, if you know you much sugar as I could.
