What can I do about a lower back and upper thigh pain? - thigh pain and perimenopause
My left lower back was hurting for a while, but noting serious. Since yesterday I had trouble walking. Then came my upper left leg started hurting to the point where it hurts to bend one step or even the leg. I look like a girl than me and I go to school tomorrow, what can I do to relieve this pain?

Looks like you have a problem with the speed of walking. It happens. We have a knee injury that is painful for us, and therefore what we do is not charge for this knee pain, the hip throw out the alignment of the spine.
